This is an exciting time to join our team as Global Sanctions Compliance Manager. You will lead a team responsible for delivering Sanctions Compliance and Restricted Party Screening services across all our businesses.

Your role will involve managing Haleon sanctions processes and framework, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently while aligning with our global sanctions compliance strategy. To succeed, you'll need strong leadership experience, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to drive continuous improvements.

Innovation

  • Evaluate and interpret our global trade and economic sanctions compliance strategy, providing clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify, define, and deploy initiatives to address performance gaps and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of sanctions compliance through service delivery.
  • Develop strategies to continuously improve the organization's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance

  • Manage a globally dispersed team, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Oversee and mitigate risks associated with Haleon sanctions screening and due diligence processes.
  • Chair the committee for system configuration and list management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, processes, and measures in accordance with regulations and business needs.
  • Ensure high-quality assurance on investigations and queries handled by the screening team.

Trust

  • Support Head of Trade Compliance and senior management in meeting their regulatory obligations by implementing Sanctions policies in compliance with regulations and Haleon's Sanctions Policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Legal and key stakeholders (internal and external) on sanctions risks and issues.
  • Embed changes to regulations into our approved Haleon policy.
  • Provide targeted training to Haleon business units on all aspects of sanctions compliance.
  • Proactively manage risks, changes, and programmes and projects aligned with Haleon's strategic priorities.
  • Manage relationships and SLAs with internal and external customers, ensuring effective alignment with functions/team.

Estimated salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
