The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officers, and the global compliance teams to ensure adherence to sanctions regulations and maintain a robust compliance monitoring program.

The Sanctions Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and execute the company's Sanctions Compliance Strategy
  2. Perform annual program benchmarking analysis and regulatory requirement updates
  3. Lead regulatory, audit, and testing responses, and remediations
  4. Assist in annual sanctions risk assessment and policy updates
  5. Support leadership in regulatory research and analysis
  6. Manage sanctions-related data sourcing and analysis
  7. Own the company's Compliance Monitoring Program

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sanctions compliance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated financial institution.

They will have expertise in international sanctions regulations, experience building or maintaining an enterprise compliance monitoring and testing program, and a strong understanding of AML and terrorist financing trends and typologies.
