Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Grangemouth Outreach Service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with varying levels of need, including those who require assistance with personal care, finances, shopping, and social activities.
About the Role:- Work as part of a team to provide individualized care and support to our service users.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and service users to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
