Job Summary
Ark People Housing Care is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Grangemouth Outreach Service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to vulnerable individuals.
- Communicate and work well with supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
- Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
Requirements
- No previous experience required, as Ark provides full training.
- Flexibility to fit shifts around your life.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for counseling sessions and support.
- Employee Discounts Portal with discounts on various brands.
What We Offer
