About the Role
We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Grangemouth Outreach Service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to vulnerable individuals.
- Communicate and build relationships with supported people to provide individualized care.
- Support individuals in daily activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
What We Offer
As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at times that suit you. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting people to live their best lives. Previous experience in social care is an advantage, but not essential as we provide full training.
