Job Summary

Ark People Housing Care is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our Grangemouth Outreach team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to vulnerable individuals in their individual homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to individuals
  • Communicate and build relationships with supported people to provide individual care
  • Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement

Requirements

  • No previous experience required, as full training will be provided
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with supported people
