Senior Children's Welfare Worker

We are looking for an experienced Senior Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Esland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to vulnerable children, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to create a safe and nurturing environment.
You will have a strong emphasis on supporting the well-being and development of our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential and reach their goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 3 qualification in Child Care and a proven track record of working in residential childcare. You should also have a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable children and be able to provide guidance and support to our team members.
