About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to support the delivery of our Holiday Cottages operation across South Devon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our holiday cottages, providing exceptional standards of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Health and Safety compliance, including risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.
  • Assist the Holidays Manager and Holiday Assistant Managers in delivering an efficient, effective, and flexible service, ensuring cover for changeovers and exceptional standards in line with the NT Holidays change over guide.
  • Help support changeovers in cottages and provide Saturday cover as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment.
  • A good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation, and maintenance.
  • Some supervisory experience, good people skills, and confidence dealing with a variety of situations, including incidents and complaints.
