We are currently seeking an experienced teacher to join our team as a Primary SEND Teacher. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fulfilling and supportive role with a smaller class size, ensuring a higher staff-to-pupil ratio to better meet the needs of each child.
Our school caters to a diverse group of pupils, all of whom have Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex SEN. Working closely with therapy professionals, parents/carers, and local authority teams, we are committed to achieving the best outcomes for our pupils in a collaborative and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering personalized education to pupils with complex SEN.
- Working collaboratively with therapy professionals and other staff to support pupil development.
- Fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
