About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Day-to-Day Role
You will work alongside a dedicated team of teachers and support staff to provide individualized support to pupils with SEND. This may include:
- Assisting with lessons and activities to promote learning and engagement
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to pupils
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and behavior
