**Role Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team as a Primary SEND Teacher. You will be responsible for delivering personalized education to pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and SEMH.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary-aged children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH. A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with complex SEN.
  • Implement trauma-informed behaviour management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with therapy professionals and other staff to support pupil development.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.

About This Opportunity:
