Area Sales Executive

About the Role: Mitchell Maguire is looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to join our team in the North region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to pursue them.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will have a proven track record of selling to contractors in the construction industry. Your knowledge of automatic doors, security systems, and access control will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Our established area offers a significant opportunity for growth, with a substantial ongoing project bank to pursue. The successful candidate will be a driven and results-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and develop people around them.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales within the construction industry
- Knowledge of automatic doors, security systems, and access control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop people
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £58,000 + 28% bonus
- A car allowance of £700 per month
- A comprehensive benefits package
Estimated Salary: £72,960 - £93,600 per annum
