Payroll Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Manager to ensure our payroll processes are compliant with all regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UK tax laws, HMRC regulations, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure payroll processes are compliant with UK tax laws, HMRC regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor changes in payroll legislation, tax codes, and employment law, and implement necessary changes in payroll practices.
  • Lead internal payroll audits and work with external auditors to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on compliance.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to handle audits and prepare compliance reports.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
