Women's Specialist Justice Practitioner

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic professional to join our team as a Women's Specialist Criminal Justice Practitioner. This role requires the successful candidate to work within a dynamic team to meet the needs of women who present with multiple disadvantages whilst in the criminal justice system.
About the Role:- Deliver therapeutic group work and undertake one-to-one sessions to support women in the criminal justice system.
- Work with a dynamic team to develop and implement programs that address the needs of women with multiple disadvantages.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to provide support services to women in the criminal justice system.
- Experience of holding an active caseload and knowledge of case management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of £9,626 pro rata (£24,065 FTE).
