About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Sales Engineer and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Verto People as an Area Sales Manager. This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives, and drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering and business development, with a focus on industrial automation and electrical products.
  • A strong understanding of the industrial automation and electrical products market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
