Role Overview

The Front of House Team Member is a key role in our airport location, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to our high standards
  • Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
