Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Wagamama Airport. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus £2.80 per hour in average tips.
