Support Worker in Education

This role involves providing support to pupils with Additional Support Needs (ASN) in a nursery environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in education and care settings, with a focus on child development and literacy skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be familiar with child development theories and be able to respond to individual pupils' needs. You will also be required to undertake additional training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
