About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in our communities, promoting their independence and well-being.
You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement support plans, addressing individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support to service users, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist with goal setting and planning, identifying strategies to promote independence and self-advocacy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge as a carer.
