Challenger 3 Programme Support Specialist

Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) is a leading provider of land systems, and we are currently recruiting for a Challenger 3 Programme Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in the Challenger 3 programme, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in armoury and technical support. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in weapon Armoury or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of hull and turret subsystem installation and fault-finding.
The salary for this position is £**£55,000 - £65,000 per annum**, with opportunities for annual increases based on performance. Our benefits package includes an annual incentive scheme, life assurance, 5 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays, long service rewards, holiday purchase scheme, health cash plan, employer pension contributions up to 10%, and salary sacrifice benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Level 2 maintenance on weapon systems, including before, after, and on-condition maintenance
- Undertaking inspections on weapon systems and determining suitability for firing activities
- Resolving User & Maintainer generated technical queries and managing the processing of Line Replacement Units
