Programme Support Specialist

- Providing effective administrative and advisory support to staff and students on the department's 12 Undergraduate and Master's programmes.
- Acting as first point of contact for students and staff, providing accurate and timely information and advice.
- Taking the lead on increasing student engagement by working with stakeholders to plan events and activities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of working in an academic or similar environment in an administrative capacity.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is £43,604 per annum, inclusive of London allowance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
