Job Description:We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team in the Leatherhead locality. As a carer with HFH Healthcare, you'll have the opportunity to work with one client per shift, providing personalized care and support in a comfortable and familiar environment.
Our carers work 12-hour shifts, typically from 8am to 8pm, and have the flexibility to choose their working patterns. We offer a comprehensive training program, including skills labs and bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs.
Some of the skills you'll have the opportunity to develop include:
- Tracheostomy care
- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Airway suctioning
- Cough assist
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Oxygen therapy and monitoring
- Bowel management
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Catheter care
- Complex medication administration
- Behaviours which challenge
- Complex moving and positioning
