Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism

At SeeAbility, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication
  • Encouraging independence and promoting community participation
  • Building relationships and understanding the needs of the individuals we support
