Daily Care & Support

As a Support Worker at SeeAbility, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This will include helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.

Building Relationships

You will build strong relationships with the people you support, understanding their needs and helping them live life on their own terms. This will involve assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.

Supporting Activities
