Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to work within our complex care team in the Leatherhead locality. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, working closely with our specialist nurse-led services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care to clients in their own homes
  • Working collaboratively with our specialist nurse-led services to deliver high-quality care
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and carers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be flexible with travel, with some shifts requiring driving or access to public transport
  • Have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
  • Hold an enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration
