This challenging yet rewarding role requires a skilled and empathetic individual to work as a Floating Support Project Worker at Threshold. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include assessing clients' needs and risks, setting goals to support their development, and coordinating with community services and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of six months full-time experience working in a Health & Social Care Environment, including experience working with vulnerable adults. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A competitive salary of £23,066 per annum, 26 days of annual leave, including 12 statutory bank holidays, and access to retail and store discount cards are offered.
