Project Financial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Finchley. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cost estimation strategies for construction projects.
- Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring they align with budgets and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Review and update project costs as construction work progresses, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and project management principles.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
