Job Description
As a Planned Works Surveyor at Howells Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, inspecting buildings, and preparing reports for clients. You will work closely with senior building surveyors to ensure successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect buildings to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist senior surveyors in managing property portfolios and transactions.
  • Prepare technical due diligence reports for clients.
  • Conduct building pathology surveys to identify defects.
  • Monitor construction work and performance of project design teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building surveying, project management, and budgetary control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
