**About The Role**:
We are looking for a talented Systems Support Administrator to join our Regional Team and take over the responsibility of the existing IT infrastructure. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires strategic planning and execution of complex systems, whilst at the same time requiring fast thinking and good communication skills to be able to explain issues/ ideas to Senior Management. We are looking for someone that has experience working in live and dynamic environments.

Working within the ethos of the Sisters of Nazareth is essential.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Strong organisational skills - the ability to “make order out of chaos”. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
- Proficiency in O365 services: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, User Management. Experience of Power BI and/or Microsoft Project would be a plus.
- Proven experience in delivering business change as part of a systems implementation program.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organisation collaborate across different locations and role types.
- Knowledge of basic networking protocols: LAN/WAN/VPN and Azure tools: Azure AD, VMs, Storage accounts, Storage Sync.

Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE) or similar and a university degree is desirable.
