Duties:

  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
  • Contact suppliers to confirm order details, keep customers up to date with progress of their orders
  • Prepare fabric swatches for despatch to customers
  • Provide support to other team members as requested

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
