Join Our Team as an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic EHCP Coordinator to join our Barnet Supported Internship team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week).
- Coordinate the EHCP review process for both existing and new learners
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure EHCPs are top-notch
- Manage referrals and confirm the suitability of learners for the program
If you have a knack for organization, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines, this role is for you.
Requirements for the role:
- Professionalism and teamwork skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Experience with EHCP review processes and young SEND learners
- A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Strong time management and planning abilities
