Parts Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Silver Arrow Recruitment is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing parts-related inquiries, promoting parts in compliance with customer upselling guidelines, and assisting in the development of parts sales to meet branch targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To process parts-related inquiries and provide accurate identification and information to customers.
- To promote parts in compliance with customer upselling guidelines and develop parts sales to meet branch targets.
- To assist in the maintenance of stockroom duties and ensure compliance with 5S program.
- To deputize in all areas of the parts department as directed by the Branch Manager.
- To attend training courses as deemed necessary by the parts supervisor.
- To ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets.
- To maintain accurate records and carry out duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- To undertake other tasks as reasonably required.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in motor vehicle parts (Commercial experience desired).
- Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards.
- Good telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical, organizational, and administration skills.
