About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at BMRetail. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in running the store, including managing stock, recruitment, and store operations.
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, including coaching and mentoring team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain excellent store standards, including visual merchandising and store maintenance.
- Support the Store Manager in managing budgets, including controlling costs and optimizing resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
