Deputy Store Manager

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. You will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage the store, overseeing daily operations and making key decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage cash processes, stock integrity, and other key performance indicators to ensure the store is running efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Lead and motivate your team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data, stock levels, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and other colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
