Deputy Store Manager

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. You'll be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage the store, overseeing daily operations and making key decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage cash processes, stock integrity, and KPIs to ensure the store is running efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Lead and motivate your team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, driving business growth and improvement.
