We are seeking a talented solutions sales professional to join our team at Mase Consulting Ltd in the Northern territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing new business, cultivating a current account base, and developing sales opportunities within various industries such as machine builders, factory automation, production machinery, industrial machinery, automated warehousing, healthcare equipment, and more.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £58,000 (dependent on experience) plus up to £20,000 bonus, company car, 12% pension contribution, subsidised BUPA healthcare, employee assistance programs, 7 x life assurance, and 26 days holiday (rising with service to 36 days) + public holidays.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 4-5 years solution sales experience selling electronic / electrical components to OEMs. You should have a customer-focused mindset, be comfortable liaising with technical personnel, and have a consultative and solutions-based sales approach.
