Austin Fraser is currently seeking a Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to children and families with disabilities, working closely with Social Workers to assess their needs and develop targeted plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the needs of children and young people with disabilities, as well as their families and carers.
  • Developing and implementing targeted support plans to deliver high-quality services.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with children, young people, and families in a social care or similar setting.
  • A valid UK driving license to travel and visit clients as required.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time contract with an initial 3-month term, with potential for extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
