Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Children & Family Assessment Social Worker to join our team at Doncaster Children's Services Trust.
Competitive Salary: £38 per hour
The ideal candidate will have current Social Work England Registration and an Enhanced DBS issued within the past 12 months or be registered with the DBS Update Service.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a professional social care service to children, young people, and families in need. You will contribute to various voluntary and statutory social work activities and perform tasks in accordance with recognised social work procedures, evidence-based practice, and professional social work ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children and families.
- Assess and develop child protection plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
