Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Additional Learning Support Team as an Assessment and Support Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting learners with additional learning needs, developing support plans, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing individualized support plans for learners
  • Working closely with the ALS Team Leader and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery
  • Providing support and guidance to learners and families on support options

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent)
  • Specialist SEND qualification and Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment, and Access Arrangements (CPT3A or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
