About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Family Therapist to join our specialist CAMHS team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality systemic therapy to children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide expert systemic therapy to individuals, groups, and families, incorporating evidence-based interventions and techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and social workers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in regular supervision and peer review to maintain professional development and adhere to NHS standards.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate:

  • Postgraduate qualification in mental health or a related field.
  • Experience working with complex cases and emotive situations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary between £53,755 and £60,504 per annum, depending on experience.
