Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will provide first and second-line technical support to users across our site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the site.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within a Windows-based environment.
  • Assist in projects involving system upgrades and new technology deployments.
  • Document technical procedures and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for seamless workflow and best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT technician role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
