Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce activation plans across multiple channels, including D2C, Paid Search, Marketplaces, and Retail Media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client business challenges and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead the development of future-facing and innovative client roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Establish and maintain clear measurement frameworks, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plan viability and ensure recommendations deliver against client business challenges.
- Contribute to new business pitches, working on insights, channel recommendations, media strategy, and media plans.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive awareness and scale commerce solutions across the business.
- Oversee annual planning for channels within your remit, ensuring sign-off on recommendations and participating in client meetings as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in e-commerce, ensuring our delivery models, best practices, and product solutions remain market-leading.
- Support, oversee, and evaluate team output, ensuring team members are well-supported, developed in their careers, and producing high-quality work.
- Foster a culture of innovation and solution-driven thinking, helping to shape a team geared towards growth and client success.
- Demonstrable experience managing activation teams within a commerce remit, including marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), search (Google, Microsoft), and retail media (Criteo, Tesco Media).
- Strong organization and project management capabilities.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate analysis into commercial strategies.
- Positive attitude and ability to build a passionate culture within the team.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
