Job Title: Performance Activation Director

As a key member of our Performance Practice, the Performance Activation Director will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of innovative digital activation strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of sophisticated activation strategies that drive business outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and media/technology owners to ensure the best data and technology is utilised in our overarching strategy and activation tactics
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of Activation Managers and Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach to activation strategy development, fostering knowledge sharing and best practice documentation across the agency
  • Work closely with the Performance Business Director and Planning counterparts to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across the business

Requirements:

  • Deep wealth of digital activation experience and a drive to elevate campaign delivery through sophisticated activation strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on developing the skills and capabilities of Activation Managers and Executives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Performance Mindset, with a focus on driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional results for clients
