We're looking for a passionate and caring individual to fill our Part Time Creche Worker role at Freedom Care Group.

This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to make a positive impact on the lives of young children, while also developing their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Setting up and maintaining a safe and nurturing creche environment
  • Familiarising themselves with children's special needs and requirements
  • Assisting with medical needs and administering medication (if necessary)
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote child development
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent experience, as well as Safeguarding Level 2 and an enhanced DBS check. A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and excellent communication skills are also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is around £13,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer regular supervision and support to ensure the employee's welfare and overall job satisfaction.
