Nursery Education Assistant Job Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Nursery Apprentice. This role offers the chance to train in childcare and secure full-time employment with a reputable training provider, Showcase Training.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Create a Supportive Environment: Develop a warm and stimulating atmosphere that fosters emotional, social, and educational growth in children.
  • Care and Support: Provide all aspects of care, including washing, changing, and feeding, under close supervision.
  • Support Individual Needs: Assist in meeting individual children's personal and emotional needs.
  • Complete Apprenticeship Work: Under guidance from our dedicated assessor, complete all set Apprenticeship work, focusing on Early Years Practitioner or Early Years Educator qualifications.
Salary and Benefits

This role includes:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £8.50, increasing to National Minimum/Living Wage after 12 months of employment.
