About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with other team members to create a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.

We offer a competitive salary of £33 per hour, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tailoring learning activities to meet individual needs of each child
  • Supporting children's learning through age-appropriate activities and play
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining detailed records
