We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team, working closely with colleagues to deliver effective services that promote positive outcomes.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position with a salary of £58,348 to £62,540 per year (FTE), plus up to 3 discretionary SPA points. The successful candidate will have a degree in Psychology or equivalent, and a postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology, with substantial experience as a Local Authority Educational Psychologist working with children and educational institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering educational psychology services that meet the needs of children, families, and schools;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives;
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to educators and other professionals working with children;
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service evaluation and quality improvement.
