Global Contract Catering Sales Lead

Red Bull UK is seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Global Contract Catering Sales Lead. Based in the UK, this position will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of global contract catering customers.
This includes Compass, Sodexo, and Aramark, among others. To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will work closely with the wider Red Bull business, including Field Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy, aligning push efforts with the RTM team and pull strategies through customer engagement and field team initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities, ensuring mutual benefits for both Red Bull and its customers.
- Deliver against clear business targets, driven by a shared plan that balances customer and company priorities.
- Unlock significant distribution potential by building effective joint business plans (JBP's) with sector leads and buyers.
- Proactively manage customer contact strategies to overcome obstacles and drive account progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with key contacts within each sector through regular meetings, communication, and presentations.
- Develop internal contact strategies to meet overall account KPI's.
- Collaborate with Red Bull's Global HQ team and cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Category, Logistics, Finance, and Brand & Shopper teams.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in working with global contract caterers and have a proven track record of growing distribution within these customers.
A strong background in account management, P&L accountability, and complex relationship-building is essential. The ability to negotiate and run joint business plans, as well as high-level commercial agreements, is also crucial.
