Job Title: Senior Administrator

Mego Employment is delighted to be working with a well-established, independent, family-run business that is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of the team, offering both administrative and purchasing support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide thorough administrative support across multiple areas of the business.
  2. Oversee and manage a small administrative team, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and completed to a high standard.
  3. Research, compile, and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  4. Ensure all relevant administrative, financial, and system processes are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  5. Maintain up-to-date records through precise data entry.
  6. Assist with purchasing and procurement activities, including liaising with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  7. Produce regular reports, liaise with key stakeholders, and provide essential support to the team.
Ideal Candidate:

This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills who is able to prioritise tasks effectively while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.

A proactive individual with experience in buying or procurement would be particularly well-suited to this role.

Ideally, you will have administration experience within a Manufacturing/Production environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 - with an early finish on Fridays

Salary: Dependent on experience.
