Senior Administrator Opportunity

Mego Employment is proud to partner with a reputable, family-run business seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent chance to become a key contributor, providing administrative and purchasing support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Offer thorough administrative support across multiple areas of the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Team Management: Oversee and manage a small administrative team, allocating tasks effectively and ensuring high-quality results.
  3. Data Handling: Research, compile, and interpret data, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  4. Process Oversight: Ensure all relevant administrative, financial, and system processes are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  5. Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date records through precise data entry.
  6. Buying Support: Assist with purchasing and procurement activities, including liaising with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  7. Reporting & Liaison: Produce regular reports, liaise with key stakeholders, and provide essential support to the team.

Ideal Candidate:

This role would suit someone with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. A proactive individual with experience in buying or procurement would be particularly well-suited to this role. Ideally, you will have administration experience within a manufacturing/production environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, with an early finish on Fridays.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
